I laugh, no one smiles.
I huff, everyone gets mad.

He parables, I'm mystified.
He denounces, I argue.

I sing, no one dances.
I weep, everyone stares.

He conducts, I don't cooperate.
He dies, I'm drawn into living.

I cry out, no one hears.
I whisper, everyone notices.

He thunders, I don't pay attention.
He breathes, my heart's pulled.

I act, no one reacts.
I'm me, everyone's impressed.

He creates, I exist.
He is, I find glory.

I write, no one reads it.
I journal, everyone opens it.

He miracles, I'm oblivious.
He heart-writes, I'm transformed.

In eternal love, I find my soul.
In divine embrace, I find me.
